Return Policy - Terms and Condition


Ordering Information:

Warranties: All items are warranted for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.  If you have any questions prior to your order, please ask.  We will be more then happy to help.  Most manufactures offer a 1 year warranty on all products.  These warranties will be handled directly with the manufacturer. 
Minimum Order: $0  At GNS Wireless LLC., we will not force you to buy a certain 

amount, only purchase what you need.  If you would like to sign up for our Value Added Reseller Program, please contact us directly for more information.
Returns: We can only accept returns during the warranty period. If the product has been opened, please make sure that it is in brand new, re-sellable condition.  Any markings or writing on the boxes will result in us not being able to accept the return.  Please request and RMA # by clicking here,  prior to returning your equipment  to receive a RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box when sent back to GNS Wireless LLC.
When requesting and RMA number, please be as detailed as possible to your reason for the return as well as letting us know if you would like store credit or a refund. Please include a copy of your RMA form inside the returned box.  Using this number we will be able to track your request and credit your account promptly.

All products being returned to GNS Wireless must be shipped PREPAID. If the repair is under warranty, GNS Wireless will return the product to the customer, within the 48 continental US, Ground Service at no charge. Expedited shipping methods, international shipping and custom fees are charged to the customer. For non-warranty items customer pays for all return shipping costs.


ALL products being returned for credit must be in the original box with all accessories and in BRAND NEW (UNUSED) condition with the factory default settingsNo items will be accepted if markings of any type appear on hardware.  If antennas have been mounted, and appear discolored, or used in any way, please do not send them back, as they will be returned to you at your own expense. 


To ensure product remains in good condition, Please do not use the product box as the shipping box.  The items must be packaged and shipped in another box with appropriate packing materials.  Any Contents of the package not matching the information on the RMA form will not be accepted and ALL equipment will be returned to the customer at customers expense.  Items being returned for a sales credit are subject up to a 15% restocking fee. Please make sure all cat5 cable, mounting screws, u-bolts, PoE adapters, power supplies (including box), and other hardware that came with your device is included. 

Once you receive your RMA number, you will need to write it clearly on the outside of the shipping package before sending it to us.
We cannot accept returns for damaged goods under any circumstances.  All shipments to outside the continental United States are non-fundable under any circumstances.  Please be sure to contact us directly for International shipments.

Restocking Fee: We charge a 15% restocking fee to cover the expenses involved in processing the order.  All returns will be charged this 15% restocking fee regardless of the reason for the return.  Please contact us directly before sending back an item in order to receive the RMA number.  Any item not in brand new condition will be returned to you at your own expense, as explained above.

Shipping: Orders received before 3PM EST, Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day. Any orders placed after 4PM EST will be shipped the next day.  If the product is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know that day.  To place a rush on a shipment, please contact us directly.
CODs: Sorry, we do not ship COD.
PO Boxes: We are not able to ship to a PO Box under any circumstance.
International Orders: Payment from orders outside the US must be wire transfer.  We have found this to be the most secure way in delivering your product on time.  Please contact us prior to sending a wire transfer, as we do not do business with some foreign countries due to increased fraud.  All shipments to outside the continental United States are non-fundable under any circumstances.  Please be sure to contact us directly for International shipments.
Payment Conditions: For security reasons, all orders must be paid in advance by a major credit card. We may call and ask for additional information to validate large credit card orders, or to validate shipping and billing addresses.  If your Billing address is different from your Shipping address, you must contact us.  We will need you to fax a copy of your drivers license and credit card to us before the order is completed.
Sales Tax: Any product shipped to an address in the state of New York will be charged sales tax.  If you are a reseller or are exempt from sales tax for another reason, please provide us with your resale certificate.  You may email us a copy to, or fax it to (516) 882-7261.
